Think twice BEFORE booking and get confirmation of your return transfer time! We were taken to the airport ensuring we were at the airport 5+ hours BEFORE our flight time! We missed breakfast we had paid for and had to leave very early in the morning (7:40) despite having a 3:30pm flight and a 2.5 hour transfer time. We were at the airport for 10:10am. We had booked the flight time to avoid having an early morning exit!

The transfer van was too cramped and very uncomfortable.
The driver was friendly and professional, but the van was too small. The seats were small and very cramped and as it was full there was no opportunity to move seats. I would not book this transfer again.

Excellent service - after a long day travelling it was so good to be picked up at the airport and delivered straight to door of the hotel without having to change busses and trains and heave luggage around. Would definitely use again.

Unfortunately they miscounted and initially sent 9 people to an 8 seater minibus at the airport. They sorted it out quickly at the airport and put someone on the following bus (they run lots of minibuses). Not quite how folks like to start their holiday.

The company you used for us, Mountain Express, were very good on the way back to the airport. Polite & professional. What a shame you had given them the wrong address to collect us from. This caused stress & worry that we would be late, luckily we had asked them to come a bit earlier. This was a terrible mistake and not impressed at all.

Second time using Ski Lifts - very efficient communication, easy to book, drivers all on time. And, you pay in GBP which avoids any Euro currency bank fees.

I advise you not to use this company, it's just a broker.
We booked a transport from salzburg airport to Saalbach but it turned out to be a round trip to Zell am se and other ski resorts before reaching s
Saalbach, which took over 2 hours extra.
We also had to wait 3 hours before we left from the Salzburg airport

We had the time, and the scenic route we took was so beautiful. Lake Annecy looked it’s best. Thank’s to our drivers.

I booked a transfer with ski lifts (LIFTS TO) to arrive at the airport within a specified and agreed time frame - the basis of the decision for my onward journey.
Ski Lifts (LIFTS TO) completely messed up the transfer timing and I ended up with conflicting transfer timings, resulting in me cancelling the lift and booking with an alternative company. I then found out that Ski Lifts had subcontracted to the company I’d booked with anyway, and they advised they would not charge Ski Lifts for the cancellation.
I have repeatedly emailed Ski Lifts and have not received any reply.

Good information before transfer. Nice to know that they keep an eye on flight arrival times in order not to leave one behind. In our case they had contracted Alpine Connect to perform the transfer, but Alpine Connect had outsourced the transfer to Crystal. Apparently without telling Ski-Lifts so when we were looking for the Alpine Connect bus for the returnere trip we could not find an Alpine Connect bus. Fortunately we asked the Crystal guys if by chance we were on their list.

Communication was good.
Drivers arrived on time.
We didn't feel comfortable with the speed that we travelled at.
On a point of safety, the vehicles windscreen wipers needed replacing. It was very difficult to see when it was raining or the driver used the washers

We have been travelling to Avoriaz for 37 years, and this journey was our most pleasuarable.
Two of us travelled from Geneve to Avoriaz (Les Prodains), the website was easy to navigate, the confirmation was correct, I did have to change our flight arrival time and this was simple too, Ski-Lifts reconfirmed the booking.
The driver was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful interesting to chat with, everything ran like clockwork even though our flight was 45min late arriving into Geneve.
Would thoroughly recommend Ski-Lifts.
